Nexus (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides software and services accessed at https://nexuscrm.ae (the “Service”). These Terms govern your access and use of the Service.

2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization (if applicable).
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risks to the Service.
3) Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service (no unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activities).
- No reverse engineering, scraping, probing, or interference with security or availability.
- No uploading malware or content that violates rights of others.
- Respect rate limits, API terms, and fair use policies.
4) Third-Party Services (Google, etc.)
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google (e.g., Google Calendar). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. If you connect a Google account, you grant us permission to access the scopes you approve (e.g., Calendar) to provide features you enable. You can disconnect at any time via your Google Account settings.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, for data obtained through Google APIs.
5) Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your data submitted into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6) Confidentiality & Data
Each party may access the other’s confidential information. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for the Service. We implement safeguards to protect your data and will notify you of incidents as required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and deletion.
7) Subscriptions & Billing
If your plan includes fees, you agree to pay the charges listed at sign-up or order. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, and subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We may change prices with prior notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
8) Term & Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time. To cancel a paid plan, follow in-app instructions or contact support.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and users.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
9) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai (UAE) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the parties agree to arbitration or another forum in writing.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app or by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
